A successful AGM was held on Friday 27 November at Ventnor Cricket Club, followed by good hospitality and dining for 20 members and guests.

Gordon Osborne chaired the AGM as our Chairman Nancy Godwin was not able to attend, but everything went well and a full complement of Committee members were accepted.

A key point within the meeting was the resignation after nearly 10 years of Alison Harding as Secretary, with a presentation made on behalf of the members for the sterling work that she has done - well over and above the call of duty!

Gordon was re-elected as Treasurer, whilst Fiona Newnham is taking over the reins as Secretary. The Committee next meet in January so if any member feels that they wish anything specific to be considered, do please mention this to a member of the Committee.
